We are currently looking for a friendly and efficient Administrative Assistant with excellent communication, administration, ICT and time management skills to join our busy office. The position involves working closely with our families and duties will include administration of pupil records, organising open days and admissions, monitoring attendance, administration of assessments and other pupil-related tasks as per the attached job description.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work under pressure and adapt to the ever-changing demands of the school day. Ability to maintain accuracy in a busy environment and a friendly, unflappable nature are essential.
