Subject Access Request
Individuals have a right to make a ‘subject access request’ to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about them. To help individuals exercise this right we provide a form below. Hard copies of the form can be requested from the school office. We ask that subject access requests are made using the form so that we can ensure that we provide the information requested however subject access requests can also be made verbally or by letter or email to admin@cedarwoodprimary.org.uk.
