We hope all our families have a very Happy Easter! Looking forward to seeing you all again on Monday 12th April.

A Warm Welcome From The Headteacher

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to our school website.  Cedarwood Primary is a friendly school situated in the heart of the Kesgrave community. Our staff, pupils, parents and governors are committed to achieving the highest possible standards. At Cedarwood, we value every child and aim to achieve Excellence and Enjoyment for All.  Children’s happiness and well-being is paramount and we seek to develop confident, creative individuals who share a passion for learning.

Our curriculum is carefully planned to bring the subjects of the National Curriculum to life so that pupils develop their knowledge and skills in a way that inspires their curiosity and equips them for their futures.  The success of the school can be seen in our well-rounded, happy and confident learners who move onto high school well-prepared for the next stage in their lives.

I am very proud of our school and hope this website will offer an insight into the fantastic things happening at Cedarwood.

Please click here for a step by step guide to applying for a primary school place for 2021/2022

Due to the latest National Lockdown we have been unable to offer face-to-face meetings to date, but we would love to meet you when we can resume these, hopefully after Easter.  Alternatively you can email us for any questions on admin@cedarwoodprimary.org.uk

The closing dates for on-time applications has now passed, but if you have exceptional circumstances, such as recently moved into the area, then please log on to Suffolk County Council's website and make an application.  Good Luck to everyone and we hope to be able to meet you all very soon.

Places available in our Foundation Class this year
We have places in our current (2020/21) Foundation year group as well as in Year 2 and Year 3. You do not need to live in Kesgrave to apply for a place in our school and we are pleased to have the opportunity to welcome new families to Cedarwood.

Take a look at our video to see our school!

As a school we are committed to providing a fully accessible environment which values and includes all pupils, staff, parents and visitors regardless of their educational, physical, sensory, social, emotional and cultural needs.

To enable effective communication and promote accessibility please contact us if you need any information on this website in a different format such as accessible PDF, large print, easy read, audio recording, braille or alternative languages.
