How to volunteer

We encourage parents and others to help in class and if you are interested in helping, please email volunteers@cedarwoodprimary.org.uk for details. All volunteers are required to sign a voluntary declaration form, and will be subject to a DBS check as well as attending Safeguarding and PREVENT Online training, if the volunteering is on a regular basis.
Volunteers in class are given a code of practice to follow when helping in school, and you will be guided by the class teacher.
Volunteering is not just within the classroom; it could be that you have other skills and can help in the school garden or with DIY projects for example. Just get in contact, we would love to hear from you.
